Adobe Connect

Adobe Connect (formerly Macromedia Breeze Meeting) allows you to have real-time, multi-point meetings and seminars that everyone can access instantly, through any web browser. With Adobe Connect, you can share streaming audio, video, software simulations, and any content you have made with other Adobe products (ex. Adobe Presenter).

Requesting an Account

Logging-in to Adobe Connect Server

Log-in to your account http://connect.ag.vt.edu/ using the user name and password that you received from AHNR-IT.

Creating a Meeting

Hardware and Software Requirements

  1. An updated browser:
    Windows (2000 | XP) Macintosh (OS X 10.2 or higher)
  2. A broadband Internet connection (384 kbps up/down or faster).
  3. A desktop camera for capturing audio and video. Our staff can provide recommendations on brands and where to buy.
  4. A head set for recording and listening to audio if video is not used.
