Help Desk
The AHNR-IT Help Desk provides hardware and software troubleshooting and support for users at Virginia Tech and across the state. The Help Desk averages nearly 20 calls per day, 50 emails per day, 20 on-site visits per week. The Help Desk also manages the AHNR-IT Multimedia Lab, and over 600 personal computers outside the Blacksburg area.
