4HPlus! Version Upgrade Instructions

Checking the 4HPlus! version

1. Open 4HPlus!
2. Note the version of 4HPlus you are running. (This is between 4HPlus! and Data Set)
3. Open Internet Explorer
4. Go to http://www.ahnrit.vt.edu
5. Select the Technical Support menu item.
6. Select the 4H Plus Support link on the right.
7. In the Current Version section, look at the REQUIRED number.  If the number matches your version, you are current and do not need to take any further action.  If not, continue below with the Updating 4HPlus! section.
   

Updating 4HPlus!

1. Close 4HPlus!
2. Click the link for the REQUIRED version.
3. Press the RUN button.
4. Ensure the Unzip to folder says c:\ckv
5. Press the Unzip button.
6. When you get an alert stating how many files have unzipped, press the OK button.
7. Press the Close button.
8. Start 4HPlus!
9. If you get a backup warning, press the OK button.
10. If you get a Table Upgrade page:
    1. Press the Process Table button.
    2. Press the Next Table button.
11. 4HPlus! will shut down when complete.
12. Restart 4HPlus! and make sure the proper version number is displayed.
